"If you don't yet have a hempen singlet, you should seriously reconsider what you're doing with your life. I feel near naked in this, and yet completely clothed. I'm 43 also. I have two of them now. In Citrine and Olive. At 5'4" with 38" 28" 36" measurements the XL fits great everywhere but does put pressure on the top of my shoulders. I think I could size up to the bigger size if they ever had it in stock but also I really enjoy this size.
