U.S. Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, with original packaging; any signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.


  • Refund to your original payment method ($7 return ship fee)
  • Exchange for another size, color or style (no return ship fee)
  • Store Credit - Jungmaven Gift Card (no return ship fee)

~If you need to cancel your return authorization to resubmit, contact us and we can reset it. A new ship label will be sent.

~Items can only be exchanged one time per order.

~When returning multiple orders, please submit a return authorization for each individual order. The system is automated and each return authorization and label is tied to a specific item or items and weight.

  • Store credit/gift card. When we receive and process your return* we'll send you a store credit/gift card. Feel free to contact us for more information including a special promo code to save on your "exchange" order.

Large Orders

Please note, a return of larger orders over $1500 may be subject to a 20% restock fee and full return shipping charges upon return.
