How long does it take to receive an order?

STANDARD SHIPPING

  • FedEx Express 2-day Shipping | 2-3 days - $25

How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped (don't forget to check your spam filter!).

You can also log into your customer account to access order details, tracking, order history and Jung Club Rewards etc.

What payment methods are accepted?

Jungmaven accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, GPay, Venmo, ShopPay and ShopPay installments.

What is your shipping policy?

Jungmaven offers FREE ground shipping for domestic orders over $175, and all orders under $175 we offer a flat rate of $7.

What is Green Protection by Corso?

You can purchase Green Shipping Protection by Corso at checkout. When purchased:

  • Your package is protected against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling to ensure your goods arrive safe and sound.

How do I submit a claim to Corso?

Should you have shipping issues with a lost, stolen or damaged package (that you have purchased Corso Shipping protection for), submit your claim via the Corso portal or by emailing support@corso.com.

You will need your order number and the email address you placed your order with. Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email.

Once you submit your claim request you will receive a reorder confirmation email.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I make a return or exchange?

Just visit the Jungmaven Returns & Exchanges center. You will be led through the process.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are typically processed in 3 to 5 days upon delivery (excluding weekends) once they arrive at our warehouse.

It may take from 1 to 3 days to see the funds in your account depending on your financial institution.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Jungmaven accepts returns/exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of purchase*. To start a return/exchange please visit the Returns + Exchanges center.

2024 Holiday Return & Exchange Window Extended

Orders placed on or after Friday November 15th, 2024 can be returned or exchanged through Wednesday January 15th, 2025.

Items must have been purchased on jungmaven.com and returned in the same condition in which you received them; any signs of wear, pet hair or smells from essential oils and perfumes, will NOT be accepted for return/exchange.

*Final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.*

Jungmaven items purchased at independent boutiques / stockists must be returned to the location where they were purchased.

Please note, returns on orders over $1,500 may be subject to a 20% restock fee. If return value is greater than $1,350, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted when processing the return.

Can I return multiple orders in the same return?

No. Sorry, returns from separate orders can't be combined. Each return authorization needs to be processed separately as they are automated and tied to specific products and weights. This will slow down the returns process or cause extra shipping costs. We do hope to add this feature in the future.

What fees are there for returns/exchanges?

Customers returning items for refund are responsible for a $7 return ship fee.

Return ship fees are waived for exchanges and store credit/gift cards on domestic orders.

Please note, returns on orders over $1,500 may be subject to a 20% restock fee. If return value is greater than $1,350, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted when processing the return.

How many times can I exchange a order?

Exchange items can only be exchanged once. One exchange per order.

What if I change my mind about a return or exchange?

You can contact us and we can cancel the return or exchange authorization and then you can re-submit. A new return shipping label will be sent.  

Please note: If you made an Instant Exchange, we are unable to make changes.

International Shipping & Returns

What is your international shipping policy?

International shipping costs vary by order and are determined by the weight and destination.

Jungmaven ships via UPS Expedited, DHL Express Worldwide, DHL *eCommerce Parcel Direct and FedEX International shipping rates at checkout.

*We offer a variety of shipping options, each with its own unique journey and cost. Take a moment to consider your preferences and choose the service that best suits your needs at checkout.

Note: International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, fees and shipping charges in both directions for shipping and returns.

What countries do you ship to?

Jungmaven ships to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungry, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States outlying Islands, and Vietnam.

What is your International return policy?

Jungmaven accepts returns of new, unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of purchase*.

*Final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Items must have been purchased on jungmaven.com and returned in the same condition in which you received them; if they have any signs of wear and tear and they will NOT be accepted for return/exchange.

We offer a refund to the original payment method, store credit/gift card once we receive and process your return.

Please note: International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, fees and shipping charges in both directions for shipping and returns.

International orders cannot be exchanged. We can provide a store credit to order the alternate sizes or other styles and offer you a discount code to save on the "exchange".

Promo Codes & Rewards

Can I apply more than one promo code on an order?

Only one promo/discount code can be used at a time, no stacking within a single order.

Promo Codes or Reward Points cannot be used on bundled products - only one discount/credit may be used at a time.

Can I use a promo code or Jung Club reward on exchanges?

No, this option is not is not available.  Another option is return for store credit.

Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?

Do you offer teacher or military promos?

Yes! We are inspired by our educators, teachers, first responders and military personnel.  Learn more.

Do you offer any promos for first time customers?

Yes, signup for our newsletter and receive 15% off your first order. Please note, sale items and non-Jungmaven products (e.g., Evenfall bedding) are not eligible for the welcome discount.

How do I know when new styles become available?

Sign up for our newsletter and/or SMS to stay up-to-date on new arrivals, products, restocks, and special offers.

How do I get updated about restocking in a specific size/color?

Join the waitlist to receive an email when an item comes back into stock.

Select size and color on the product page then the add to cart button will change to join the waitlist. An email will be sent when it comes in stock. Easy.

Why Hemp?

Are Jungmaven® tees made by hand?

Jungmaven's garments are cut and sewn by a stalwart team paid living wages.

Each piece is hand-cut on a cutting table from a paper pattern using traditional pattern, cutting and sewing methods. 

Where are your products made?

Jungmaven clothing is cut and sewn in Los Angeles, California with quality, globally sourced materials. Due to regulations around hemp products, most bedding, hemp socks, hemp beanies, and our hemp wool scarf are currently made in China. We work closely with our supplier there to ensure safe working conditions and responsible sourcing.

We source our hemp from various partners we have worked with for 20+ years.

How do I join?

Just sign up for a store account here. Your Jung Club account is the same login as your jungmaven.com account.

Or please let us know and we can send you an invite to create an account.

How do I earn & redeem rewards points?

Points are earned on purchases only after a customer has opted into The Jung Club. Purchases made pre joining the club are not eligible for points. Learn more ways to earn points on the Jung Club Page.

Rewards points can be redeemed for a cash discount at checkout. You must be logged into your customer account to redeem your reward points.

You can also convert your points into a promo code on the Jung Club Rewards page.

How do I check my points balance?

Your up-to-date point balance is displayed on the Jung Club Rewards page when logged in.

How do I refer a friend?

You can refer a friend here.

Do rewards points expire?

Yes, points expire 1 year after earning/issuance. Jung Club terms of service are available here.

Can I use reward points and a promo code at the same time?

No you cannot combine a promo code with reward points! Sorry no doubling up, it is one or the other.

MAVEN shipping discounts may be combined with reward point redemptions.

What are the Jung Club tiers?

Jung Club Rewards has three tiers based on spend: GREEN ($0-$499), COSMIC ($500-$999) and MAVEN ($1,000+).

Thresholds are based on cumulative spend; the total amount of money you’ve spent (after joining the rewards program) minus any discounts or returns/refunds.

What if I don't see my reward points at checkout?

Be sure you are logged into your customer account and do not choose Apple Pay, GPay, PayPal or Venmo, as that option will bypass all screens and you will not be able to apply points!

How do MAVEN shipping discounts work?

MAVEN tier members are eligible for free standard and 2-day shipping on US orders. Free standard and 2-day shipping rates will be available at checkout (you must be logged in to your account for these discounted rates to be available).

MAVENs may select which shipping method they would prefer; Next-Day shipping is an available option but is not discounted.

MAVEN shipping discounts may be combined with Reward Point redemptions.

How long does it take to receive your reward after adding a photo to a review?

This approval can take 3-5 days to appear in your Jung Club account after you submit. Thanks for your patience!
