ORDERS & SHIPPING (U.S.)

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS/RECEIVE AN ORDER?

All US orders are processed at our warehouse within 3 to 5 days, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays + weekends).  

  • Standard Shipping | Est. 6-10 business days - $7
  • Two-Day Shipping | 2-3 business days - $25
  • Overnight Shipping | 1 business day - $40

Expedited shipping orders must be placed before 12pm (noon) PST to ship the same day.

Delivery times are best estimates and do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are at the mercy of the delivering carrier to get it to you.

We do recommend tracking your orders and exchanges to ensure delivery.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped (don't forget to check your spam filter!).

You can also log into your customer account to access order details, tracking, order history and Jung Club Rewards etc.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Jungmaven accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, GPay, ShopPay and ShopPay installments.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All U.S. orders $175 + receive FREE Standard Ground Shipping.

U.S. SHIPPING RATES:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Just visit the Jungmaven Returns & Exchanges center. You will be led through the process.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Returns are typically processed in 3 to 5 days upon delivery (excluding weekends) once they arrive at our warehouse.

It may take from 1 to 3 days to see the funds in your account depending on your financial institution.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Jungmaven accepts returns/exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of purchase*.

Items must have been purchased on jungmaven.com and returned in the same condition in which you received them; if they have any signs of wear, pet hair or other smells from essential oils or perfumes, they will NOT be accepted for return/exchange.  

*Final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.*

To start a return/exchange please visit the Returns + Exchanges center.

Jungmaven items purchased at independent boutiques / stockists must be returned to the location where they were purchased.

CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE ORDERS IN THE SAME RETURN?

No. Sorry, returns from seperate orders can't be combined. Each return authorization needs to be processed separatly as they are automated and tied to specific products and weights. This will slow down the returns process or cause extra shipping costs. We do hope to add this feature in the future.

WHAT FEES ARE THERE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

Customers returning items for refund are responsible for a $7 return ship fee.

Return ship fees are waived for exchanges and store credit/gift cards on domestic orderes.

*Orders over $1500 may be subject to a 20% restock fee and full return shipping charges.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDER?

Exchange items can only be exchanged once. One exchange per order.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Contact us and we can cancel the return or exchange authoriztion and then you can re-submit. A new return shipping label will be sent.
Please note: If you made an Instant Exchange, we are unable to make changes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY?

International orders process within 5-9 days, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays + weekends).

We offer DHL and FedEX International shipping rates at checkout. International shipping costs vary by order and are determined by the weight and destination.

Please Note: International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, fees and shipping charges in both directions for shipping and returns.

Jungmaven ships to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungry, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States outlying Islands, and Vietnam.

WHAT IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY?

CAN I APPLY MORE THAN ONE PROMO CODE ON AN ORDER?

Only one promo/discount code can be used at a time, no stacking within a single order.

Promo Codes or Reward Points cannot be used on bundled products - only one discount/credit may be used at a time.

CAN I USE A PROMO CODE OR JUNG CLUB REWARDS ON EXCHANGES?

No, this option is not is not available. Another option is return for store credit.

HOW DO I GET UPDATED ABOUT RESTOCKING IN SPECIFIC SIZE AND COLOR?

Join the waitlist to receive an email when an item comes back info stock.

Select size and color on the product page then the add to cart button will change to join the waitlist. An email will be sent when it comes in stock. Easy.

WHY HEMP?

Hemp cleans oxygen, water and nourishes the land. Hemp is a natural fiber that’s cultivated with low impact on the environment.

It requires no irrigation, uses no pesticides, synthetic fertilizers or GMO seeds. It’s one of the most durable natural fibers on the planet.

ARE JUNGMAVEN TEES MADE BY HAND?

Jungmaven's garments are cut and sewn by a stalwart team paid living wages.

Each piece is hand-cut on a cutting table from a paper pattern using traditional pattern, cutting and sewing methods.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Jungmaven clothing is cut and sewn in Los Angeles, California with quality, globally sourced materials. Due to regulations around hemp products, most bedding, hemp socks, hemp beanies, and our hemp wool scarf are currently made in China. We work closely with our supplier there to ensure safe working conditions and responsible sourcing.

We source our hemp from various partners we have worked with for 20+ years.

HOW DO I JOIN?

Just sign up for a store account here. Your Jung Club account is the same login as your jungmaven.com account.

Or please let us know and we can send you an invite to create an account.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS POINTS?

Rewards points can be redeemed for a cash discount at checkout. When logged in customer account, there should be an option at checkout to redeem your point rewards.

Or just convert to a code on theJung Club Rewards home page.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

Members earn points for completing eligible actions like signing up for the program, following @jungmaven on instagram, or making purchases on our website.

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?

Your up-to-date point balance is displayed on the Jung Club Rewards home page when logged in.  

HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND?

DO REWARDS POINTS EXPIRE?

Yes, points expire after two years of inactivity.

CAN I USE REWARD POINTS AND A PROMO CODE AT THE SAME TIME?

No you can't combine a promo code with reward points! Sorry no doubling up, it is one or the other.

WHEN DID THE JUNG CLUB START? 

Jung Club Rewards went live and points for dollars spent began accumulating April 1, 2020.

2 Tiers, GREEN (*$0-$999) and MAVEN (*$1,000+). *Cumulative spend is the total amount of money you’ve spent minus any discounts or returns/refunds.

WHAT IF I DON'T SEE MY REWARDS POINTS AT CHECKOUT? 

Be sure you are logged into your customer account and do not choose Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Express Pay, as that option will bypass all screens and you will not be able to apply points!
