How long does it take to process / receive an order?
We aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days of when it’s placed (and sooner whenever we can).
Delivery times are best estimates and do not include weekends or holidays.
Standard Delivery | 5-7 days
Express Shipping | 2-3 days
Overnight Shipping | 1 day
Expedited shipping orders must be placed before 12pm (noon) PST to ship the same day.
We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information once we ship your order so you can get updates directly from the delivery carrier.
How can I track my order?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped (don't forget to check your spam filter!).
You can also log into your customer account to access order details, tracking, order history and Jung Club Rewards etc.
What payment methods are accepted?
Jungmaven accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, GPay, Venmo, ShopPay and ShopPay installments.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free ground shipping for domestic orders over $175. Shipping for orders under $175 are calculated at checkout (generally around $7).
We also offer expedited shipping options (express, overnight, etc.) - you can get custom shipping time and cost estimates for those options by entering your address at checkout.
