What is Redo Package Protection?
By purchasing Redo Package Protection at checkout, your package is protected against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling. You are automatically opted into this service at checkout, unless you choose to opt out manually. If you purchased by mistake, please reach out to us and we got you covered. Â
What Does Redo Package Protection Cover?
Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged due to mishandling during shipping. Photos of the damaged product are required. You must file a claim within 14 days of delivery.
Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows the package was delivered, but you did not receive it. Claims are approved after 5 days from the carrier marking it as "delivered." You must file a claim within 30 days of it being marked as delivered.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or the package is confirmed lost by the carrier. Claims are approved after 7 days from the last carrier update. You must file a claim within 30 days of the last carrier update.

How do I file a Claim with Redo?
If you have an issue with a package you have purchased insurance for, you can easily submit a claim through the Redo portal using your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
