My favorite bike shorts

"I love these bike shorts. I am a size 14 and wear the XL. 5 stars for material quality and support. The fabric is thick enough to be supportive but light enough to breathe. The lighter colors may show underwear underneath, so I usually choose to wear nude underwear with the pink pair that I have. My only qualms are that the fabric is so stretchy that my phone in the pocket can cause the pocket to sag. But honestly, still worth it for shorts that don’t dig in and are natural and breathable. I can lounge in these or even play tennis in them. Super good!"

"I was so excited to begin my journey of switching to a natural activewear closet, but it doesn’t seem like these shorts are the solution. I noticed a few loose threads in a couple different places when I tried these shorts on for the 1st time, but didn’t think much of it. I went on a 2-3 mile walk and loved how cute and breathable they were! I left them on the edge of my bed to air out for a few weeks. However, when I went to put them on for only the second time, I noticed the thread had completely come loose in a 1inch spot on the back waistband, essentially making these shorts a gamble of a stranger getting a cheeky peak in public. I didn’t even get a chance to wash them so this is clearly a QC issue on a $60 pair of shorts. Ultimately, I don’t recommend you buy these unless you’re willing to spend $60 on a single use pair of environmentally friendly shorts."

Hot (pink) ticket!

"I love these. Super comfortable and impressive stretch/compression factor. (I have a couple of pairs of biker shorts from Girlfriend Collective and my skin so prefers the JM natural fiber version already!) I found the size guide a bit confusing to navigate – I'm size M (US 8 or EU 38/40) in most things, and this M fits well enough, but L probably would have been a better bet. (Too late to exchange, as L had since sold out. )"

Comfy, Breathable, Cute

"I was getting so hot and uncomfortable during my workouts with the typical polyester blends. The bike shorts are super comfy and breathable and I'm so much more comfortable while exercising. Minus one star for two reasons: (1) bright colors are a little see-through, and (2) as a small-waist-big-booty-lady, I could use some more room in the hips - depending on the exercise, the top of my underwear can peek out the top of the shorts."

Great alternative to standard synthetics

"Synthetic workout pants and shorts have always bothered me, I wish i would have found Jungmaven sooner. These are comfortable enough to sleep in. They are not sweat repellent, you will have sweat marks show through if thats something you’re worried about (don’t worry about that). Fit runs slightly small in my experience."

"I use these for bike riding and they are great! The shorts would be great for yoga or gym training. I bought a medium so they would not fit tight anywhere. I do like the length of the shorts. I have long legs and don’t want short, shorts anymore."

"These are the Mary Poppins of bike shorts. Great material, great stretch, deep pockets, and they pass the squat test! I love using these for long runs, hot yoga, weight lifting, the works. Definitely will look into getting another pair soon."
