"These are great for everything! I have used them for yoga and other more intense workouts. But they are a little thicker than other leggings, so a little warmer. I will probably wear these more for everyday wear and not during the summer months for exercise. I bought a medium. I tried the small and it fit, but I am sensitive to tight clothes around my belly. "AMAZING! It is my first time going with natural fibers for activewear. these leggings truly are amazing and are true to size. My only hiccup was that one of the legs shrank after 1 wash. It was weird but customer service quickly sent out a new pair of leggings for me. FYI - I only machine wash cold and hang dry my clothes.
