Hemp Fabric Care
Hemp will take good care of you, especially if you take good care of it. Below are some suggested tips for taking the best care of your hemp.
HEMP + ORGANIC COTTON BLENDS:
- Machine wash cool, gentle with like colors.
- Tumble dry, low heat.
- Do not use spot laundry cleaners, bleach or other chemical and enzyme cleaners like oxi-clean.
- Take care not to wash with garments with zippers or velcro or towels with texture as this will cause abrasion and pilling.

HEMP + WOOL BLENDS:
- Follow the same instructions as above for Hemp + Organic Cotton blends, but be extra careful to only tumble dry on very cool settings. Laying flat to dry is the best way to maintain integrity of wool fibers.

"As my 10 yr old, , super comfortable, broken in t-shirts began to finally pass the point of no return I began to search l for replacements. I tried numerous brands and was worried that I wasn’t going to find the quality and comfort I was used to without resorting to a polyester blend shirt. Then my amazing wife bought a Jungmaven shirt at a boutique in Ojai, CA. It was brand new and but it felt like my old shirts. I went to the Jungmaven website and bought 2 basic tees. Since then, I’ve bought many more in a few different colors. I wear them everyday, to work, to play, and to sleep. I haven’t noticed even the slightest bit of shrinking or color fade. These shirts are simply incredible because they are simple. Perfect cut for my shoulders and go a bit lower than the belt so you don’t have to worry about the shirt riding up when you bend over or crouch. I hope Jungmaven never changes this shirt.
