"Net sales" means the amount paid for merchandise after discounts, excluding sales tax, shipping charges, and gift card purchases. Once $25,000 in net sales is reached, further purchases will not generate a donation. Purchases are not tax-deductible for customers. Donation to be made by October 19th.
