U.S. Returns & Exchanges

Jungmaven gladly accepts returns of new, unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, with original packaging; any signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Final Sale items are ineligible for return or exchange. Sale page items are final sale.

Options

  • Refund to your original payment method (Less the return ship label fee)
  • Exchange for another size, color or style (no return ship fee)
  • Store Credit - Jungmaven Gift Card (no return ship fee)

~If you need to cancel or change your return authorization to resubmit, contact us and we can cancel and reset it. A new ship label will be sent via email.

~Items can only be exchanged one time per order.

~When returning multiple orders, please submit a return authorization for each individual order. The system is automated and each return authorization and label is tied to a specific item or items and weight.

  • Refund back to your original payment.
  • Store credit/gift card. When we receive and process your return* we'll send you a store credit/gift card.  Feel free to contact customer care for more information about returns/exchanges, including a special promo code to save on your "exchange" order.

Duties and VAT are not refundable, and International customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Learn more at our FAQs.

Large Orders/Returns

Please note, returns on orders over $1,500 may be subject to a 20% restock fee. If return value is greater than $1,350, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted when processing the return.

Returned products must be unworn, in new condition with hang tags attached to qualify for a return authorization. Learn more at our FAQs (Returns & Exchanges).

In cases of excessive returns or abuse of our return policy we may, at our discretion, take the following actions:

  • Charge a 20% restocking fee once total returns reach the $1350 mark within a 2 month time period.

What is Redo Package Protection?

By purchasing Redo Package Protection at checkout, your package is protected against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling. You are automatically opted into this service at checkout, unless you choose to opt out manually. If you purchased by mistake, please reach out to us and we got you covered.  

What Does Redo Package Protection Cover?

Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged due to mishandling during shipping. Photos of the damaged product are required. You must file a claim within 14 days of delivery.

Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows the package was delivered, but you did not receive it. Claims are approved after 5 days from the carrier marking it as "delivered." You must file a claim within 30 days of it being marked as delivered.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or the package is confirmed lost by the carrier. Claims are approved after 7 days from the last carrier update. You must file a claim within 30 days of the last carrier update.

How do I file a Claim with Redo?

If you have an issue with a package you have purchased insurance for, you can easily submit a claim through the Redo portal using your order number and the email address used for the purchase. After submitting your claim, you will receive a reorder confirmation email. Don’t hesitate to reach out to customerservice@jungmaven.com for any questions you may have.
