GENERAL SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT TIMING
Orders for ground shipping will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders for expedited shipping will be shipped the same day if the order is placed by 12:00pm Pacific Time, if placed 12:00, it will ship out the next business day per below Jungmaven holiday schedule.

THANKSGIVING | The Jungmaven warehouse will be closed on Thursday 11/28 and Friday 11/29.
CHRISTMAS | The Jungmaven warehouse will be closed on Tuesday 12/24 through Thursday 12/26. All Expedited orders placed by 12pm PST on Monday 12/23 will ship same day, all Expedited orders placed after 12pm PST will ship on Friday 12/27.
NEW YEARS | The Jungmaven warehouse will be closed on Tuesday 12/31 and Wednesday 1/1.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
EXTENDED WINDOW FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT – For any order placed after November 18th, we offer an extended window for exchanges and returns for store credit. Jungmaven will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise in NEW condition when Return Request process is initiated on or before 1/10/20 and merchandise is received at the Jungmaven warehouse by 1/24/20. A USPS label will be provided and the return fee will be waived for all exchanges and returns for store credit.
RETURNS FOR REFUND - Jungmaven will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise in NEW condition when the Return Request is completed within 21 days of purchase. Returns will be credited to the original form of payment. USPS label will be provided for the return and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit ($7 flat-rate).
FINAL SALE - Any styles marked as final sale will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
GIFT CARDS are non-refundable.
GIFT RECEIPTS – All orders are shipped with a packing slip and prices are omitted, we don't have a gift wrap or gift receipt option at checkout. If you would like to send a message with your order, please enter your gift message under “Please let us know any comments or notes you have in regards to your order” in the shopping cart/checkout process.
